Ongoing review of goals, progress, and service needs to help keep your child’s treatment plan on track.
Care Coordination
Collaboration with your family and, with your permission, other providers to support a coordinated approach to care.
Insurance Approval
Support with benefits verification and the insurance authorization process. Coverage and approval are determined by your insurance plan.
